SAMPLE RECIPE
DEALER'S GREEN CHILE MEATBALLS
1 lg Onion, minced
Oil
2 lbs. lean Ground Beef
1 cup dried Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
2 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
1 can (8 oz.) diced Green Chiles, drained

Saute onions in oil. In a large bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, spices and chiles. Add sauteed onions. Shape meat into 1-inch balls and place on baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Drain grease and return pan to oven for another 15 minutes. Serve on toothpicks garnished with parsley.
