SAMPLE RECIPE
Lime-Glazed Pork Chop | 1/3 cup Karo Dark Corn Syrup
1/2 cup grated Lime Rind
1/3 cup Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp. Cloves
6 Pork Chops (1 inch thick)
In a small bowl stir together the first five ingredients. Grill chops six inches from heat, turning once, for 30 minutes. Baste with lime mixture. Grill 30 minutes longer, turning and basting frequently, until chops are tender and glazed. Serves 4. |
